Description Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, optimizing processes, and supporting the overall operational strategy. You will work closely with various departments to improve workflow and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for on-site events and activities in various destinations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational management software.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
