Photographer/Filmmaker

Description Role Overview: We are seeking talented and passionate Photographers and Filmmakers to join our creative team. In this role, you will capture the beauty and essence of our destinations through stunning visuals that tell a story. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create compelling content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos that showcase our destinations, experiences, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Edit and produce engaging multimedia content for promotional materials, social media, and our website.
• Participate in planning shoots and identifying the best locations, lighting, and angles for optimal results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance your creative work.
• Work closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth operations during shoots and events.
• Maintain and organize all media files and assets for easy access and future use.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Photographer or Filmmaker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to capture moments that resonate with audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules and environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be a local resident of the destination to ensure familiarity with the area and culture.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in travel, lifestyle, or documentary photography/filmmaking.
• Knowledge of drone operation and aerial photography is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for visual content.
